How Privacy Wala protects your data

1. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account, purchasing credits, or uploading prompts and assets. We also gather limited usage analytics to monitor platform health and may use analytics tools to improve our services. Privacy Wala does not ingest your prompts or outputs into shared training datasets.
2. How we use information
Content is processed solely to deliver requested generations, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We never share, sell, or rent your prompts or personal information to third parties. Aggregated usage insights help us prioritise features, but individual data remains private.
3. Storage and retention
All data is encrypted at rest in your dedicated tenant. Prompts are stored permanently and never deleted, but are never shared with third parties or sold. Generated images and shared content are stored for 7 days to allow you to download and access them again. Temporary assets that you don't save are deleted within 24 hours. Billing records and audit logs are retained as required by law.
4. Your rights and choices
You can download and access your generated images within 7 days of creation. You can export, delete stored outputs, or revoke workspace access at any time. You may also request early deletion of your data at any point. For account erasure, data portability, or early deletion requests, contact support@privacywala.ai from your registered email.
5. Security practices
Privacy Wala uses end-to-end encryption during transit, role-based access controls, and regular third-party security reviews. We monitor for suspicious activity and may suspend accounts that pose risk.
6. Third-party processors
Limited vetted sub-processors host infrastructure or handle payments. Each sub-processor is bound by contractual privacy and security obligations.
7. Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect technical, legal, or business changes. We will notify you of material updates via email or in-app notifications. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
